Chief Sports Co-ordinator
Currently Head of Sport and Recreation for Isle of Man Government and professional advisor to the IOM Sports Council. Was the Deputy Director for the 2001 Nat West Island Games hosted by IOM and joined the International Island Games Association Executive in 2007. Was the Chairman of the Institute of Sport and Recreation Management from 2004-2007.

Gymnastics
Currently I am the Chairman of the Isle of Man Gymnastics Association. Furthermore I am a Mens Artistic Coach who has coached fro the past 10 years at both our main Gymnastics Clubs, and have been involved with Gymnastics for around 12 years. I represent Gymnastics on the Commonwealth, Youth Commonwealth and Island Games committees. It will be a great honour to be part of the organising team for the Youth Commonwealth Games in 2011

Swmming
Competed for Isle of Man in 1978 Commonwealth Games, and Natwest Island Games in 1991, 1993 and 1997. Assistant Team Manager at Natwest Island Games in 1995. Competed in World Masters Swimming Champsionships in 1990, 1992, 1994 and 2006, winning Silver and Bronze medals in 1990. Chairman of Manx Masters Swimming Club, formerly member of Isle of Man Sports Council.

Athletics
Recently appointed as the Athletics Development Officer for the Island. Represented the Isle of Man and Lancashire in the Shot Put and Hammer Throw competing in three Island Games. Former captain of Douglas RUFC winning two Manx Cups, South Lancs/Cheshire Division 3 Champions and Isle of Man Sports Awards Team of the Year.

Badminton
A member of the Isle of Man Junior Badminton Committee. Represented the Isle of Man at Badminton at the 1986 Commonwealth Games and have competed in 7 Island Games winning medals at each one I competed in. Multi Island Badminton Champion, former Isle of Man Ladies Cycling Champion and also held junior Island titles at both Tennis and Squash. Now involved with the coaching of the Isle of Man Senior Badminton squad.

Boxing
Sports Development Officer. Represented Isle of Man and Lancashire in Cross Country, track and field and road running + competed in four Island Games. Also cycled for the Isle of Man in various UK stage races and time trial competitions. Member of the Isle of Man Easter Athletic organising committee.

Rugby Co-ordinator
Chairman of the Isle of Man Rugby Union (Manx RFU). RFU level 3 Coach & Referee. Coach to Isle of Man National Team and previously Vagabonds and Southern Nomads Rugby Clubs. Playing Career - Vale of Lune and Vagabonds Rugby Clubs. Also played cricket for Isle of Man. FA level 1 Football coach and coach to Laxey FC U11. Play golf in my spare time.

Cycling
Currently Chairman of the Isle Of Man Cycle Association and a member of Ellan Vannin Cycling Club. I have had a varied sporting career taking part in swimming, rugby, triathlon and cycling. Represented Isle of Man at various levels in swimming,rugby and triathlon (Nat West Island Games 2001). Completed Ironman Triathlon UK in 2007.
