Mylchreests Group To Help The Commonwealth Youth Games 2011

The Mylchreests Group, based at Millmount, New Castletown Road on the outskirts of Douglas, holds franchises for Jaguar, Land Rover, Mitsubishi & MG, and is the AVIS Rent-a-Car Licensee for the Isle of Man, at Ronaldsway Airport.
Mylchreests is well used to supporting both local and International events, from the Island Games to the TT Races, and is very pleased to have agreed this partnership with the CYG2011 Committee, which will assist with the transportation of the Teams around the Island during the weeklong Event.

The Games will take place between 7th and 13th September 2011 when athletes, officials, spectators and guests will arrive on the island from the 71 nations of the Commonwealth. Geoff Karran, CYG20111 Chairman and Games Director said “I am delighted at the involvement of the Mylchreests Group and thank them for the use of 20 fleet cars. The vehicles will serve as a flexible support to our on-island transport system during the event and ensure our visiting guests can travel easily between sporting venues”.
