Isle of Man Newspapers Competitor Winner

Neil Black of Douglas has won a competition run in the Manx Independent and Isle of Man Examiner. He will present the medals at one of the boxing finals of the Commonwealth Youth Games at the Villa Marina on Sunday. He will be contacted by the CYG organising committee with 2 free tickets and details for the evening.
