Chairman
Executive Chairman of the IOMSports Council. Formerly played cricket for the Island, played badminton and now a 12 handicap golfer. Past Chairman and President of the Manx Motor Cycle Club ( organisers of the TT Races) -Past Chairman of the IOMCricket Club. Chairman of Project 21 which provides sporting social and educational facilities for people with learning Disability.
- Mike Ball
Games Director
Mike Ball is presently the Director of Service Delivery at the Department of Tourism and Leisure and in this role has senior management responsibility for a wide portfolio, which includes the provision of sport and recreation. Mike was Project Director for the £20m development of the National Sports Centre in Douglas and went on to serve as Games Director when the Island hosted the 2001 NatWest Island Games.
- Andy Varnom
Deputy Games Director and Chief Sports Co-ordinator
Currently Head of Sport and Recreation for Isle of Man Government and professional advisor to the IOM Sports Council. Was the Deputy Director for the 2001 Nat West Island Games hosted by IOM and joined the International Island Games Association Executive in 2007. Was the Chairman of the Institute of Sport and Recreation Management from 2004-2007.

Media Co-ordinator
Business Editor Manx Radio. Radio career with BBC local radio (Bristol, Northampton, Cumbria) and with Independent radio in Sheffield (Hallam) Represented Isle of Man at cricket.
- Joyce Hall
Secretary
Personal Secretary to Minister and Chief Executive at Department of Tourism and Leisure. Former county volleyball player. Keen social and competitive badminton player currently playing in League 2 with Selborne Badminton Club and past secretary of Cronk-y-Berry Badminton Club.
- Jane Cowley
Cultural Day Co-ordinator

Jane Cowley, member of the Organising Committee. Chartered Physiotherapist. Formerly played Tennis for the Isle of Man, now occasionally playing and enjoys walking and running.
- Geoff Crowe
Finance Director
A Chartered Accountant by profession, initially working in an I.O.M Practice with a career latterly in business in the U.K.. A keen golfer and former soccer player. Has served as Treasurer of an I.O.M. soccer club for many years and heavily involved in development of a purpose built clubhouse and soccer pitch.

Former keen rugby, cricket & squash player & member of Manx Sports Aid Foundation. Past President & Captain of both IOM Vagabonds RUFC & Castletown Golf Club where he plays off a handicap of 12. Deputy Chairman of Cruse Bereavement Care Isle of Man. Managing Director of Aon ( Isle of Man ) Limited & Past Chairman & President of the Isle of Man Chamber of Commerce.

Director of Tourism for the Isle of Man and former football and cricket player. Was the Travel and Accommodation Co-ordinator for the 2001 NatWest Island Games. Geiff is also a member of the Chartered Institute Of Marketing and Tourism Society.
- Shona Quayle
Ceremonies Co-ordinator

Former black belt member of the Isle of Man judo team, medal winner at Island Games 91,93 & 95 and competed in UK National junior championships. Retired member of local ladies football team and now a keen fell walker. Past member of Isle of Man Law Society sport & social committee.

CGA Representative

Secretary of the Commonwealth Games Association of the Isle of Man. Chairman of the Manx Clay Pigeon Shooting Association. Past Secretary of the Isle of Man Shooting Council and the Ayre Clay Pigeon Club. Has shot clays in competition for the Island, was an English County hockey player.

Results Co-ordinator

Former member of the England under 19 basketball team (13 full international caps) went on to represent Great Britain at the first European Youth Olympics in Belgium. Played 1st & 2nd division national league basketball for Cheshire Jets senior and second teams and captained the Junior team for 3 seasons. Has been involved with the results and administration systems for the last four Island Games with Datacentre Ltd (Isle of Man and Guernsey) and latterly EXIS Ltd (Shetland and Rhodes).
- Margaret Brown
Volunteer Co-ordinator

Vice Chair of IOM Sports Council and Chair of Manx Sports Aid Foundation. Competed in various sports including badminton at junior international level, tennis and table tennis. Also taken part in various race walking team and individual events, winning age group section in the End to End walk. Past secretary of the IOM Badminton Association and organiser of the inaugural Mini Islands Badminton Challenge. At work co-ordinates and supports over 200 volunteers at Manx Blind Welfare Society in addition to recruiting, training and organising.
- Dr. Frank Vaughan
Medical Officer

Frank Vaughan is a full time GP (Family Doctor) with a special interest in Sports Medicine. He has been the Medical Officer for the Isle of Man Institute of Sport since 2004 and for the Manx Rally in the past. He has been the Doctor for the Commonwealth Games Association of the Isle of Man since 2005 and the Island Games Association of Man Doctor since 2007. He first developed an interest in Sports Medicine while in the RAF in 1990.
